90-day home trial
Try KILN Knee at home for 90 days. If it's not for you, return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Condition
Please return the KILN Knee wrap with all parts: the wrap, the USB charging cable and the original packaging. The free knee sleeve is yours to keep.

How to start a return
Email us at kilnknee@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days to post the refund.

Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working, email kilnknee@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
